Short Week

I am making a early exit this week as I head to Tulsa, Oklahoma to attend the Frank Glazier Coaching Clinic. I will be absent from school Thursday and Friday this week, which means no normal blogging for these days, but I should be updating from Tulsa. In the meantime, I am going to enjoy this short break and hope my students treat my sub well (keep your fingers crossed).

Have fun in Tulsa!

As a side note, the district calendar says that there's a half day next Thursday and no school Friday or Monday. Do you know if that's still correct? Can you post here when you find out for sure? Thank you so much! You've done great for your first year here, I hope you hang around :o)

When will we see footage of the seminars being put into practise with the students?

@ NZWaikato with my sixth graders? Not anytime soon. I also coach football at the high school here in McDonald County. A possible future idea might be a football blog.

The students have been fairly well behaved. Country Driver has been a little rambunctious, dancing on the tables and such, but everyone else has been polite and respectful.

I am glad to be here for you

ROFL @ Courtney. She CAN be a tad rambunctious, can't she? I would've like to have seen that on the web cam, though. TW

Your lucky she was only dancing on the tables! You have to always be aware of where courtney is in the classroom!
